Bhakti Vaibhava Course

Srila Prabhupada envisioned four levels of study of his books—Bhakti-Sastri, Bhakti-Vaibhava, Bhakti-Vedanta and Bhakti-Sarvabhauma. The VIHE is endeavoring to establish these degrees and thus provide an opportunity for higher studies in Krsna conscious philosophy to interested devotees. The first Bhakti Vaibhava Course was started in 2002. Bhakti Vaibhava covers an overview of the first six cantos of Srimad Bhagavatam. The course is divided into four parts:

Part One: Canto 1 & 2
Part Two: Canto 3
Part Three:Canto 4
Part Four:Canto 5 & 6

Requirements: Bhakti Sastri degree, good sadhana, brahminical tendencies, good knowledge of Srimad Bhagavatam, proficiency in English and voluntary service. You must also have a recommendation from a senior devotee in good standing who knows you well.

Please note that contributions cover the study materials and administrative expenses connected with conducting the courses. Accommodation and travels are not included. Lunch prasada is served at the VIHE by the mercy of well-wishers whenever classes are held. Classes are free of cost.
